At OneCoin, we understand that our Independent Marketing Associates (IMAs) are an important part of our business. We have created a simple way to earn commissions, team building bonuses and trading rewards for assisting us in sharing the OneCoin learning and earning platform. Not every person who chooses to purchase the OneAcademy Advanced Learning System will choose to be an IMA. This plan is built to reward those that do.

The first step in becoming a successful IMA is to select the OneAcademy Advanced Learning System product that you are most comfortable with. There are no purchase requirements to earn the Fast Start Retail Commissions. However, it is much easier to sell/refer a OneAcademy Advanced Learning System that you have experienced for yourself. You can be an important part of introducing and trading in a revolutionary new global cryptocurrency.

IMA’s earn commissions by selling OneAcademy Advanced Learning Systems (ALS) to persons around the world that they refer. IMA’s that build teams of other IMA’s that refer ALS sales will earn bonuses. There are several rewards that are given to successful IMA’s. This document will give you the details of the Global Compensation Plan (GCP).

COMMISSIONS There are no personal group sales or personal product purchase volume required to earn fast start commissions. Fast Start commissions can be earned by a free enrollee into the OneCoin system called a Rookie.The Rookie does not receive any of the ALS training or support. Please note the options of rank advancement described below. Each ALS sale generates a 10% (of the purchase price) commission to the referring IMA. These commissions are paid weekly through a split distribution system. 60% of this commission is deposited onto the IMA’s cash account and can be transferred to the OnePay card and 40% is rewarded into the IMA’s OneCoin Currency Trading Account once an IMA has accumulated EUR100 commissions.

All purchase/sales volume qualifications including commission/bonus rank level requirements are listed in Euros (EUR).

TEAM BUILDING COMMISSIONS (Network bonus) The network commissions (Network) portion of the OneCoin GCP is based on two teams also referred to as “legs”. Each ALS sale you refer will be placed on either your left or right team. This compensation plan structure is often referred to as a binary. You will receive NETWORK once you have a referred an ALS sale on your left and right team (and have met the NETWORK requirements). The NETWORK is paid based on successfully building two teams or legs that produce ALS sale. As your sales teams begin to grow your NETWORK income will grow based on the total ALS sales and the 40% trading account purchases generated by ALL the IMA‘s on your left and right teams. The NETWORK structure will pay a sales cycle commission of 10% of ALS sales volume from the team totals that are the lesser amount.

For example: 
Your right team could have generated EUR7,500 (EURO) in ALS sales volume and the left team generated EUR10,000 in ALS sales volume; you would be paid 10% of the right team sales totals or EUR750. The sales volume not generating a commission from the left side ALS sales is banked and stored for future NETWORK totals. 60% of NETWORK commissions are deposited onto the IMA’s cash account (Commissions/bonuses can be withdrawn to the OnePay card once an IMA has accumulated EUR100) and 40% are rewarded into the IMA’s OneCoin Trading Account. The NETWORK commission pays out a maximum sales cycle commission based on the rank levels obtained (see below for details).

The advantage of the NETWORK structure is its unlimited depth sales credit tracking. Each ALS sale generated from your left or right team, no matter the depth, is credited to your NETWORK totals sales volume totals. The two team structure creates excitement and leverage by helping multiple team members benefit from each ALS sale. You can track your NETWORK daily through your online IMA office.

TEAM BUILDING COMMISSION RANKS IMA’s can earn exciting commission ranks and match pay bonus levels by producing ALS sales volume.

60% of all two team rank commissions and team building levels of match pay bonuses are deposited onto the IMA’s cash account and can be withdrawn with the OnePay card and 40% are rewarded into the IMA’s OneCoin Trading Account.

The first level of team building commission rank is the Trader IMA. This rank can be qualified for by personally referring EUR5,000 (EURO) ALS sales volume OR referring ALS sales volume and purchasing a ALS product for personal use that totals EUR5,000 (EURO) in sales volume OR you may choose to purchase the Trader ALS package. IMA’s that meet the Trader qualifications can earn a maximum team building NETWORK commission of EUR3,500 per cycle period.

Personal Monthly Sales Volume is the monthly personal ALS purchases of the IMA and the volume totals of the first level Customer/IMA personal referrals that purchase ALS’s.

The second rank of NETWORK pay in the team building commissions is the Pro Trader IMA rank. This rank can be qualified for by personally referring EUR10,000 (EURO) ALS sales volume OR referring ALS sales volume and purchasing a ALS product for personal use that totals EUR10,000 (EURO) in sales volume OR you may choose to purchase the Pro Trader ALS package. IMA’s that meet the Pro Trader qualifications can earn a maximum team building NETWORK commission of EUR7,000 per cycle period.

The third rank of NETWORK pay in the team building commissions is the Executive Trader IMA rank. This rank can be qualified for by personally referring EUR20,000 (EURO) ALS sales volume OR referring ALS sales volume and purchasing an ALS product for personal use that totals EUR20,000 (EURO) in sales volume OR you may choose to purchase the Executive Trader ALS package. IMA’s that meet the Pro Trader qualifications can earn a maximum team building NETWORK commission of EUR21,000 per cycle period.

The fourth rank of NETWORK team building commissions is the Global Executive Trader (Tycoon IMA rank outside US). This rank can be qualified for by personally referring EUR50,000 ALS sales volume OR referring ALS sales volume and purchasing an ALS product for personal use that totals EUR50,000 in sales volume OR you may choose to purchase the Global Executive Trader ALS package. IMA’s that meet the Global Executive Trader qualifications can earn a maximum team building NETWORK commission of EUR35,000 per cycle period.

TEAM BUILDING MATCH PAY BONUSES Match pay bonuses are often the largest portion of a sales team builders commissions. These match pay override bonuses can be paid levels of IMA’s in depth. The match pay bonus is generated on IMA’s and the IMA’s on their sales teams that have assisted them in qualifying for the match pay bonus levels.

The first level of NETWORK match pay bonus can be obtained by producing EUR5,000 in personal monthly sales volume. This level of match pay earns a 10% NETWORK match pay on all personally referred IMA’s team building NETWORK commission incomes. There are no limits to the number of IMA’s you may refer, so there are no limits to the number of IMA’s you can earn a first level 10% match pay bonus on.

An IMA that produces EUR10,000 in personal monthly sales volume earns a 10% second level match pay bonus on personally referred IMA’s and their personally enrolled IMA’s team building NETWORK commission incomes. This two level NETWORK match pay bonus of 10% is limited only by the number of IMA’s you refer that purchase the ALS product and the number of IMA referrals they generate.

An IMA that produces EUR20,000 in personal monthly sales volume earns a match pay bonus of 10% on two levels of team building NETWORK commissions match pay bonuses plus an additional 20% team building NETWORK commissions match pay on all team building NETWORK’s on the their third level of IMA’s. This bonus level could be paid on fifty or more IMA team building NETWORK INCOMES

The fourth level of IMA match pay bonuses are earned by producing EUR30,000 in personal monthly sales volume. This bonus level earns a 10% two level match pay bonus plus the 20% team building NETWORK match pay on the their third level of IMA’s and a 25% team building NETWORK commissions match pay on the fourth level of IMA’s that are on their personal teams.This bonus could be earned on hundreds of IMA TEAM BUILDING NETWORK INCOMES.

The team building NETWORK match pay unilevel bonus structure’s overrides are paid only from the team building NETWORK commission incomes generated by your personal team.
